Moving, Adding and Deleting Cells
You can move cells by cutting (Ctrl+X) and pasting (Ctrl+V), or dragging their border. Formulas that point at the moved cell follow it, so nothing breaks.
Insert a row or column when you forget something: right-click the row number and choose Insert. Formulas that cover a range grow to include inserted rows in the middle of it. Delete with care: a formula that pointed at a deleted cell shows #REF!, which means the reference is lost.
The example shows the error a deleted reference leaves behind.
What does `#REF!` mean?
Make B1 show the total of the whole column A1:A4 (a new item was added in A4).
Finish the quick check (and any code exercise) to complete this lesson, or mark it done yourself.
