The Normal Distribution
Many natural measurements (heights, test marks, measurement errors) pile up in a symmetric bell shape: the normal distribution, set by its mean and standard deviation. About 68% of values fall within 1 standard deviation of the mean, 95% within 2 and 99.7% within 3.
scipy.stats.norm answers questions about it: cdf(x) gives the share of values below x, and ppf(p) goes the other way.

Quick check
About what share of a normal distribution lies within 2 standard deviations of the mean?
Your turn: write the code
What share of people are shorter than 160 cm? Print it rounded to 3 decimals.
Finish the quick check (and any code exercise) to complete this lesson, or mark it done yourself.
